James also provides hybrid Mediation-Arbitration (or Med-Arb) services. Where appropriate, Med-Arb allows the parties to attempt to resolve their disputes with James’s assistance as a mediator and, if the matter cannot be fully resolved, to identify and narrow areas of disagreement. James can then arbitrate whatever areas of dispute remain through an efficient and targeted process.
